How to: Autumn run

The landscape covered with fallen leaves directly invites you to go jogging. Take advantage of the pleasant transitional weather before winter comes, and get lost in the autumn nature. We have prepared a few tips for you that can make your run more enjoyable.

1) WARM UP

Although it is more pleasant to run in cooler weather, we should not underestimate anything. Before each run, we start the muscles and prepare them for exercise.

2) WARM CLOTHES

Autumn comes with cold mornings and evenings when you need to dress warmly. Long sleeves and trousers are a must, winterers will appreciate a warm sweatshirt or jacket.

3) COMFORTABLE SHOES

4) REFLECTIVE ELEMENTS

Use reflective elements to run even in poor lighting conditions. You don't have to have a reflective vest directly, sportswear manufacturers think about these situations and reflective elements are found on selected pieces of clothing. 5) STRETCHING
