The Salomon AERO GLIDE 3 GRVL running shoes pleasantly surprised me from the first time I put them on.

Visually, it's a very nice piece - a modern and clean design that you can easily wear on the trail or on your way to the city.

I did 5 runs in them in the first two weeks,
total approx. 40+ km.

Most of the routes led through forest paths, gravel and a few km along a cycle path .
so the shoe got the opportunity to show its versatility.

What surprised me the most?

Great stability even on less flat roads, even though it is a shoe with more pronounced cushioning.
Not once did I feel like I was "floating" or losing contact with the terrain.

The shoes fit perfectly on narrow feet and their construction holds the foot securely.
I weigh 90 kg myself and the cushioning handled even hard surfaces without losing comfort.

Summary after 40 km:

+ Design that catches the eye at first glance

+ Excellent cushioning even for heavier runners

+ Stable and sure-footed even on light terrain

+ Universal use (trail + asphalt)

− I haven't found any significant weaknesses yet

For me, this model is ideal for runners who combine terrain and asphalt .

If you're looking for one shoe "for everything", the Salomon AERO GLIDE 3 GRVL could be a great choice.
