The importance of REST DAY

Why are the rest days is so important ⚡?
Are you passionate and enthusiastic about exercise and would you like train like 10 hours a day? A day when you don't exercise seems pointless and you feel like you're losing progress. But the opposite is true.

1. Prevent overtraining
Overtraining is a condition where the body is regularly stressed by excessive loads, without room to recover, muscles don't grow!

2. We have time to stretch
Stretching during the rest day will improve recovery and flexibility of muscles and joints.

3. We strengthen immunity
Training is a stress for the body to deal with and temporarily weakens immunity.

4. We rest
Rest day is a time for our body to recharge the "batteries (glycogen)" to the maximum. Without rest, we deplete ourselves of results.
