possibility of return and exchange until the end of January 2026. 🎄

However, it will only be possible to exchange goods in our store until January 10, 2026.

How to do it?

  • Please choose one of the Christmas services we offer in your cart.
  • Then all you have to do is follow our instructions for returning the goods.

The extended exchange and return period will only be available if the customer selects this option when placing the order and chooses the exchange/return service by the end of January 2026. The extended period will not be retroactively available. The service cannot be applied to products purchased in-store.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Shop with confidence: Choose your Christmas gifts with the confidence that if something doesn't fit, you have plenty of time to return or exchange. Keep your invoice or order number and return or exchange products by January 31, 2026.

2. Return and exchange conditions: In the first step of the cart, please choose one of the Christmas services we offer. For return or exchange, it is important that the products are undamaged and in their original packaging. If you have any questions about the conditions, do not hesitate to contact us.

3. How to proceed: If you decide to exchange the goods, do so no later than January 31, 2026. If you selected the "return of an unsuitable gift" option when purchasing, use this service no later than January 31, 2026 according to the procedure below.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

1. Fill out the return form:

Add the completed return form to the shipment with the goods.

2. Pack your package:

Pack the product and the return form in opaque packaging. Make sure that the clothing has a tag and the shoe box must not be written on or taped.

3. Send your returned goods:

Take the wrapped package to the nearest Post Office branch.

Tell the operator the code 91619071.

Then, request confirmation of receipt of the package from the operator.

4. Once the package has been delivered to our warehouse, the return process will begin.

We will send the amount for the returned goods within 14 days of the goods being delivered to our warehouse.

There is no need to mark or write anything on the package, the branch staff will print a label, thanks to which the transport service will then deliver the goods to us. Then, ask the staff for confirmation that you have actually submitted the shipment.

There is no need to pay a shipping fee at the branch. The shipping cost to us will be deducted from the total amount that will be refunded to you when you return the goods.

To send the goods, choose a carrier of your choice and send the goods to the address of our branch. Shipping fee to the return address for your country is paid by the customer.

NOTICE!!

If the Buyer withdraws from the Purchase Agreement within the statutory 14-day period and the returned goods are not complete, are demonstrably used or damaged, the Operator is entitled to compensation for damages against the Buyer and is entitled to unilaterally offset the resulting claim for compensation against the Buyer's claim against the Seller for the refund of the Purchase Price. In such a case, the Operator shall only refund the Purchase Price thus reduced to the Buyer.

The resulting claim for compensation is calculated taking into account the extent of the damage and the degree of use of the goods. Please note that it can amount to up to 90% of the Purchase Price!

We therefore recommend that, if the Buyer is not sure about the selected size, they thoroughly test the goods on a clean and soft surface before use.
