Is it possible to exchange the goods?

Yes, we will be happy to exchange the goods for you, it depends on you being satisfied with the choice, which is why we have extended the deadline to 30 days. Send the goods back in the original undamaged (undamaged) packaging, without signs of use, complete (including accessories) and with proof of purchase of goods.

How to claim the goods?

Complaints are as easy with us as the exchange of goods. We will always try to handle everything as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. Instructions on how to proceed with a complaint can be found on main page in section how to claim goods.

Is it possible to return the purchased goods?

If you decide to return the purchased goods, other e-shops require a 14-day period from receipt of the goods. We have decided to give you enough time to make a decision. We have extended the deadline for returning the goods to 30 days.

What are the payment options?

You can pay conveniently by online card or bank transfer.

Can I edit my order before shipping?

Of course you can. Just write an email and tell us how you wish to edit your order.

When will the goods arrive?

Information on the date of delivery of goods can be found directly in the detail of a specific product. After sending the order, we will also send you information about the date in the confirmation e-mail. If we have the goods in stock, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days, if it is available to order, then in the range of 5-9 working days.

If delivery is extended, we will contact you by email or phone.

I do not know how to choose goods. Will you help me?

I didn't have time to pick up my shipment. Can you send it again?

Yes, we are very happy to resend the order. Please contact us by email. Please enter your order number in the email.

I did not receive a confirmation email after sending the order. How do I know that everything is fine?

A confirmation email is sent to your email address systematically after receiving your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]. It is possible that your contact was entered incorrectly when ordering or the order was not completed.

How can I cancel an order?

If the ordered goods have not yet been handed over to the carrier, contact us by email or in the chat at the bottom right of the main page.

Is it possible to change the delivery location later?

Yes, before handing over the shipment to the carrier, it is possible to contact our customer line and edit the delivery address. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you can contact the carrier's contact phone, which you will receive on the day of delivery.
