The right size of running shoes

A frequently used way to choose the right shoe size is to trace the foot on the paper.

  1. Trace the foot on a sufficiently large paper and measure it from heel to the longest finger in centimeters. This size is called mondopoint. It is good to remember that the size of the foot may change during the day. In the morning, the rested leg is the smallest and especially in the afternoon it's little swollen and thus larger.

  2. To measure the lengths you need to read the so-called over-extension, which is used to move your fingers freely while walking, usually 5-10 millimeters.
  3. The measured values compare with the size table.

Note that the table size of each tag may vary.
