Asics GEL-NIMBUS LITE 3 men's running shoes are comfortable stylish shoes with a neutral tread and a breathable upper made of soft flexible mesh. At least 50% of the material used in production is recycled polyester. Inside is a molded insole that helps reduce carbon emissions. The very low weight is based on the cellulose microfiber midsole added to the FLYTEFOAM foam. It is the lightest shock absorption technology as Asics has ever created. It works with GEL cushioning located under the heel and toe, which significantly softens the impact and provides a high level of comfort at every step. The feeling of lightness is one of the main advantages of this model. The sole made of durable AHAR rubber reduces wear and, thanks to full ground contact , supports even smoother and more efficient running.

AHARPLUS™ are rubber segments on the outside of the sole with excellent grip when in contact with the ground. They are characterized by resistance to abrasion and have an effect on the overall life of the footwear.

FLYTEFOAM™
FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning foam is 55% lighter than commonly used ethylene vinyl acetate EVA, yet no cushioning is lost in the manufacturing process. The shape of the midsole returns to its original state after each step. Thanks to the added organic fibers, it is characterized by high resistance.

GEL™ technology from inert polymers to form fatigue-resistant silicone reduces impacts by absorbing their energy. This results in very effective damping resulting in excellent comfort.
