The Asics GEL-PULSE 17 GTX men's running shoes will allow you to fully concentrate on your athletic performance. The excellent cushioning is provided by the powerful FF BLAST™ foam midsole combined with silicone GEL™ technology, which is located under the heel, where it absorbs the shock of each step. AHARPLUS™ rubber segments on the outsole offer excellent grip when in contact with hard surfaces. They are characterized by their resistance to abrasion and thus affect the overall durability of the shoe.
The upper is made of breathable technical mesh for maximum freshness and breathability. The shoes are designed to hug the foot as much as possible and fit very comfortably. Up to 75% of the base materials of the upper are made from recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions. The insoles are dyed using a technology that reduces water consumption by up to 33% and carbon emissions by up to 45%, compared to conventional dyeing technology.
A big plus of this model is the GORE-TEX® membrane, which keeps moisture, mud, and snow out of the shoes. So if it's wet outside, you don't have to worry about taking them out for a run.

GORE-TEX®
The GORE-TEX® membrane contains 1.4 million microscopic pores per square centimeter, which are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water and 700 times wider than a water vapor molecule. This ensures that the Gore-Tex® membrane is completely waterproof from the outside and permeable to sweat from the inside. The oil-repellent substances present in the membrane prevent the absorption of body substances.
