Brooks CASCADIA 19 men's running shoes are a new line of popular trail shoes from this brand. They have gained popularity for their versatility and reliable tread on various types of terrain. The main novelty is the change in the midsole, because in the 19 model it is newly made of high-performance DNA LOFT v3 foam, which stands out for its greater softness, flexibility and durability. This model was perceived as rather stiff in the past, with the new foam it will be significantly more comfortable and offer better response. A significant change is also the reduction of the drop from 8mm to 6mm.

The Trail Adapt System includes an integrated foam, a rock plate (placed between two layers of foam) and a superior TrailTack Green outsole that provides better stability and protection on uneven terrain. It's also made from 25% recycled rubber and has a redesigned tread pattern with 4.5mm lugs for traction even in wet conditions.

The improved upper consists of two layers of mesh for durability, strength, but also breathability. There is plenty of room for the toes in the front, and overall good foot support. The tongue and collar with padding increase the level of wearing comfort.
