The Hoka CHALLENGER 7 GTX men's running shoes will come in handy whether it's sunny or rainy. The upper of the shoe is made of breathable mesh supplemented with GORE-TEX technology, which repels water and provides excellent protection against adverse weather. The CMEVA midsole boasts great cushioning, durability and an elegant smooth surface. The rubber outsole is very well maintained and has strategically placed 4 mm studs that facilitate the transition between the road surface and loose soil. There is a thermoplastic rubber (TPU) reinforcement on the toe of the shoe, which increases durability and protects the foot from stones. META-ROCKER technology helps to ensure a smooth, natural run and has a high energy return.
We recommend these shoes to anyone who likes to run off-road, but occasionally runs on pavement or asphalt.

GORE-TEX®
The GORE-TEX® membrane contains 1.4 million microscopic pores per square centimeter, which are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water and 700 times wider than a water vapor molecule. This ensures that the Gore-Tex® membrane is completely waterproof on the outside and permeable to sweat on the inside.
The grease-repellent substances present in the membrane prevent the absorption of body substances.
