The Hoka RINCON 3 are very light men's running shoes designed for running at a faster pace. A breathable fabric upper with lace-up lacing hugs the foot and reinforces it. Compared to its predecessor, it differs in, for example, a newly shaped asymmetrical tongue and a narrower strap. Despite their lightweight construction, they offer excellent cushioning. A thick layer of compressed EVA foam absorbs shock with every impact, reducing the stress placed on your joints and muscles. You will appreciate the rich cushioning especially if you often run on a hard surface such as the road. The META-ROCKER technology is characterized by a special rounded geometry of the midsole allowing a smooth transition of the foot from heel to toe, resulting in efficient energy transfer. The rubber compound of the sole has been added only to the most used places and emphasizes great grip. This resulted in weight reduction. It is also very durable and contributes to the long life of the shoe.

META-ROCKER
