The On CLOUDMONSTER 3 men's running shoes make it clear at first glance that the third series of these popular shoes has undergone major changes. The most noticeable changes can be seen in the midsole, where instead of the classic two CloudTec® layers, a third has been added - the bottom layer absorbs shocks, the middle one stabilizes the step, and the third returns energy for the next forward bounce. The new version of the CLOUDMONSTER is not only focused on maximum comfort, but also adds smoother transitions and better technical processing.

The midsole is made of high-performance Helion™ foam, which provides good performance, a smooth running feel and adapts to the terrain. This part of the shoe also houses the Speedboard® plate, which uses kinetic energy to gain more speed. The durable rubber outsole allows for optimal traction and reliable grip on hard surfaces, whether it's pavement or bike path.

The upper is made of knit fabric with excellent breathability, so your feet won't sweat too much.
