The Asics SUPERBLAST 3 running shoes are designed for experienced race runners with good technique. With the help of these fast shoes, they can achieve new personal records or sporting goals.
The midsole of this model is made of two parts. The upper part is made of extremely light and high-performance FF LEAP™ foam, which allows for excellent rebound and maximum energy return. The lower part of the midsole consists of FF BLAST™ Plus foam - although it is not as light and responsive, it offers stability and a higher level of comfort for your feet. This shoe features a new trampoline construction that helps create a more energetic feeling under the foot during the toe-off phase. The sole is adapted to fast movement and further supports it.
The upper is made of breathable knit fabric that will keep your feet reliably dry. The wedge shape of the tongue in combination with the tight lacing ensures a good fit of the midfoot. Thanks to the reflective details, you will be safe even when running in low light conditions. The comfortable insole offers extra comfort and is dyed using gentle methods.

The new FF LEAP™ cushioning foam is designed primarily for indoor sports, but can also be used in speed running shoes where extra bounce is needed.
This foam focuses primarily on softness upon impact and maximum energy return. It is made of lightweight foam and elastic polymers that act like a spring under the foot. 🏃♂️➿
