The Hoka ROCKET X 3 running shoe is the latest iteration of the brand's fast running shoe, focused on breaking personal records. It's suitable for a variety of race distances and is a more accessible version of a stable, fast running shoe.
The midsole consists of two premium layers of PEBA foam, which excel in lightness, softness and proper energy return. These two foam layers embrace a carbon layer with wings in the middle. This solid plate allows for lateral stability, smoother rebound and thus better propulsion and pace retention. This entire midsole system allows for a soft, yet lively step forward. Hoka shoes are very typical for a special midsole shape called META-ROCKER , which ensures a lighter and more natural transition from heel to toe. The shoes also include a stable J-Frame™ design in the form of a wider platform and an active foot frame, together these elements prevent excessive pronation.
The outsole is made of grippy rubber, which provides excellent traction and reliability in variable conditions, which is a big plus for racing shoes. The rubber segments are positioned to ensure the best possible traction on the road surface while increasing the durability of the shoe.
The upper is made of breathable, lightweight knit for excellent comfort and breathability. It hugs the foot well while providing great ventilation. The ankle area is more comfortable and stable than the previous model.

J-Frame™
