The Salomon S/LAB PULSAR 4 running shoes will support you during a demanding trail race where you need maximum speed and performance. You will use them more for short to medium-length courses. Thanks to new improvements, they are more versatile and comfortable, which you will benefit from when you decide to run further than you originally planned.

In this updated model, the midsole is made of dual foam. The top layer is made of a high-performance Energy FOAM++ mixture (PEBA and EVA) for excellent rebound and energy return. The bottom layer is made of classic Energy Foam (EVA), which serves as a stable base. This combination of foams gives the shoe both dynamics and stability. The All Terrain CONTAGRIP® outsole provides maximum traction on the terrain, whether dry or wet. The 3.5mm tread depth allows the sole to grip sufficiently on difficult terrain, but it also excels on less technical trails. The Profeel Film outsole technology is a thin, durable layer that protects the foot from sharp rocks and acts as a filter for rough terrain.

The upper is made of highly durable Matryx® material, which is also very light and breathable. Thanks to Kevlar fibers, the upper is resistant to abrasion, which is very important when running in the field. Overall, the fourth PULSAR is wider than its predecessor, so it ensures greater comfort, better balance, a more natural step and also toe protection. EndoFit™ technology in the form of an internal insert in the tongue area offers reliable fixation of the foot in the shoe. For maximum fixation of the feet, the QUICKLACE™ quick lacing, typical of Salomon, must not be missing.
