The Asics DYNABLAST 5 W women's running shoes are suitable for longer daily runs and faster-paced training. The midsole is made of lightweight, advanced FF BLAST™ Plus foam, which excels in energetic rebounds and a very soft impact. In the forefoot, the midsole and outsole are designed to act as a flexible platform for runners, propelling them forward and increasing the dynamics of their run. The outsole is made of durable AHAR® LO rubber, which is placed in strategic places where the most wear occurs, thus increasing the durability of the shoe.
The upper focuses on comfort and breathability. It is made of soft technical jacquard mesh and therefore hugs the foot very well. At least 50% recycled materials were used to make the upper. Inside the shoe you can notice the Ortholite®X-30 insole, which offers extra cushioning and comfort.

The patented Ortholite® technology is an anatomically shaped insole that provides long-term shock absorption and prevents odor in shoes. It also effectively wicks away sweat and has excellent breathability, keeping your feet dry and comfortable throughout the entire time you wear the shoe.
Pure PU in the form of foam is used for production, so the insole is easy to wash and almost 100% breathable.

AHAR® LO
AHAR® LO technology is a special version of the classic AHAR® rubber, but with a lower density, giving a softer feel, better traction and also less weight. Despite the lower density, the rubber still retains its abrasion resistance, so it extends the life of the entire sole.
You can find this special rubber in areas of the sole where good traction and cushioning are needed.
