Women's running shoes Asics GEL-NIMBUS LITE 3 W with a neutral tread and a breathable upper made of soft flexible mesh. At least 50% of the material used in production consists of recycled polyester. The very low weight is based on a midsole made of cellulose microfibers added to the FLYTEFOAM™ foam. This is the lightest shock absorption technology Asics has ever created. It works with GEL™ cushioning located under the heel and under the toe, which significantly softens the impact and provides a high level of comfort with every step. The feeling of lightness is one of the main advantages of this model. The sole made of durable AHAR+™ rubber reduces wear and, thanks to full ground contact , supports even smoother and more efficient running.

FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning foam is 55% lighter than commonly used ethylene vinyl acetate EVA, yet no cushioning is lost in the manufacturing process. The shape of the midsole returns to its original state after each step. Thanks to the added organic fibers, it is characterized by high resistance.
