Excellent cushioning is provided by the soft FF BLAST™ MAX foam midsole, which is located in the heel area. supplemented with PureGEL® silicone technology. The interplay of these powerful technologies offers unrivaled cushioning, absorbs impact shock, and above all keeps your feet in complete comfort even on longer running routes. The AHAR® LO rubber sole has a lower density, so each step will be softer and the shoe will have a better grip on the road surface overall. Despite the lower density and weight, the sole is still very resistant to abrasion. In the heel area you will find denser AHARPLUS™ rubber, because this part of the shoe is usually the most stressed.

Breathable woven upper offers good breathability and comfort. Antibacterial Ortholite® X-30 insole provides a soft step and keeps your feet fresh even when wearing shoes for a long time. At least 61% of the upper material is made from recycled fibers . The insoles are dyed using a gentle method that uses less water than traditional dyeing methods.

The LITE-SHOW™ version features prominent reflective elements , making the shoes suitable for evening runs in low light conditions.
