Hoka One One SPEEDGOAT 5 W women's trail running shoes feature a double-layer Jacquard mesh upper with a durable TPU Midfoot overlay including a reinforced toe area to protect your toes from rocks and debris on the trail . The Ortholite insole maintains its thickness even under load and prevents the accumulation of odor-causing bacteria. The cushioning layer consists of a special compressed CMEVA (Compression Molded Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) foam in the midsole, which, thanks to its properties, returns to its original state after repeated compression. It is ultra-lightweight and provides a higher level of cushioning than regular EVA. META-ROCKER technology streamlines energy transfer from heel to toe thanks to the slight curvature of the sole. The Vibram® Megagrip sole with Traction Lug construction with multi-sided 5 mm studs ensures traction even in the most difficult terrain and maximum adhesion to the surface. They are 15g lighter than the previous Speedgoat 4 model.
