The midsole has been improved and is now made of lightweight, durable and flexible Nike ReactX foam. In the middle of the shoes there is a support that keeps the foot safe when moving in different directions.
The upper is made of a special mesh that combines larger holes for extra breathability. The hem around the ankle prevents the penetration of stones, dirt or other trail running hazards.
