How to return goods

If you have decided to use the legal deadlines for the return of goods, you must notify us of this fact no later than the 14th day after receiving the goods by e-mail to [email protected].

Subsequently, no later than the 14th day after receipt, send the goods back. Contact us on email [email protected], we will be happy to agree with you on the possibilities of sending the product back to us.

Then follow the instructions below:

  1. Add a correctly filled out return form to the non-conforming goods. Make sure the product is undamaged and unworn and pack it well. This form can be downloaded below or it can be found attached to the email we sent you when your package was shipped.

  2. Two options for sending your returned goods:

To send the package to the collection point, find the address for your country here.

Please not that delivery through the collection point may take up to several weeks.

DIRECTLY TO OUR ADDRESS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

- more expensive*

* the postage depends on the country and the price list of the carrier you choose

If you want to send the package directly to our warehouse, please write the following address on the package:

Keep the submission slip from the post office (including the tracking number) for the possible future use.

As soon as we start processing your return, we will contact you via email.

The money will be returned to you no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

To refund the full price of the product, we recommend returning the goods undamaged and unworn and, if possible, in the original packaging.
