The LIGHTSTRIKE foam midsole is an important cushioning element in adidas running shoes. Unlike BOOST™ foam, which focuses on maximum energy return and softness, LIGHTSTRIKE excels in lightweight cushioning and quick response.

Dynamics and lightness! This is achieved by the innovative technology of the adidas brand called LIGHTSTRIKE , which is 36% lighter than the commonly used BOOST™ foam. This super light foam impresses with a good balance between light cushioning and responsiveness. The adidas company uses this midsole in running shoes, basketball shoes and it can sometimes be seen when playing tennis or volleyball . In short, you will find it where lightness and dynamics are needed.
