HEEL HEIGHT: 37 mm
TIP HEIGHT: 32 mm

The Hoka ARAHI 7 WIDE men's running shoes are a new version of the popular pronation shoes. They feature the well-known cradle shape of the META-ROCKER midsole, which helps to use energy efficiently when running and also facilitates the transition from heel to toe. The J-Frame™ stabilizing element provides the necessary arch support. It is a firmer foam in the area of the inside of the foot, where the problem of ankle sprains most often occurs.

The new upper is zoned and made of a flat knit that better fixes the midfoot. It's also very breathable, so your feet won't get sweaty. The tongue is plush and has flexible double wedges on the sides that reduce its movement.

You can use them for both short and long runs. Due to the lightness of the shoe, even neutral runners who are looking for stable running shoes can buy it.

Models marked WIDE are a few millimeters wider than the classic version .

ADVANTAGES:

  • light pronation shoes
  • breathable knit upper
  • plush tongue
  • short and long runs
  • efficient running, easy transition from heel to toe
  • for pronation runners, but also neutral runners who want stable shoes

J-Frame™

J-Frame™

J-Frame™ technology is a stabilizing first k that fights pronation. This is a stronger foam in the area of the inner side of the foot, where the foot most often turns inwards. The technology provides extended support.

META-ROCKER

META-ROCKER

META-ROCKER technology features a specially modified midsole geometry. It is therefore a rounding of the midsole, the so-called "cradle", which compensates for the difference between the heel and the toe. Technology helps to use energy efficiently at every step and drives us forward.
