Nike AeroSwift technology is a new innovation in Nike sportswear, mainly found in the latest Vapor football kits. This is a new textured yarn that is woven to be more comfortable, more stretchy and more moisture wicking. Clothing with this technology wicks sweat away from the skin 20% faster and at the same time the drying time of the clothing has decreased by 25%.

The interesting thing about the new yarn is that it is made from recycled polyester from plastic bottles. Since 2010, more than 3 billion plastic bottles have been diverted from landfills to Nike factories. Nike does this because of its commitment to sustainability and the associated reduction of the impact of production on the environment.
