The 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ technology consists of a wider base and a higher bevel in the heel and forefoot. This special construction helps to smooth the transition from the impact to the push-off phase of the running stride.

- wider shoe base → in key areas, the midsole and outsole are widened for a stable platform for landing and push-off
- optimized heel and forefoot bevel → special beveling and shaping in these areas helps ensure a smoother and more stable transition from heel to toe
- special shape of the midsole → adapts to the runner's load and can stabilize the speed of landing and possible pronation, the shoe deforms in a controlled manner and offers support where it is needed
- cooperation with cushioning elements → the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM element is often combined with other cushioning technologies such as FF BLAST™ Plus or PureGEL® , thanks to which the shoe is soft, returns a lot of energy, absorbs shocks well and, on top of all that, offers excellent stability
