AHARPLUS™ technology is one of the building blocks of Asics shoes! It is a durable sole with very good traction, which is used in a wide range of Asics shoes - from everyday training shoes to racing models. This element ensures the overall durability and quality of the shoe, because without a good sole you would not enjoy your running shoes for very long.

AHARPLUS™ stands for Asics High Abrasion Rubber and refers to rubber outsole materials with excellent grip. Thanks to the addition of rubber used in the production of car tires, abrasion resistance has been improved, which has a significant impact on the overall lifespan of the shoe.
The standard version of AHAR™ is twice as resistant as conventional rubber, and AHARPLUS™ is three times more resistant. These technologies were developed with the concept of contributing to reducing environmental impact.
As for grip , it performs great on various surfaces , making movement in shoes with this sole very safe and stable. This rubber is not used on the entire surface of the sole, but only in areas where extreme wear occurs (heel, toe) in order to maximize its effectiveness without unnecessarily increasing the weight of the shoes.
