The lower-density FLYTEFOAM™ midsole softens the footfall and, in collaboration with GEL™ cushioning technology, absorbs shocks. LITETRUSS™ technology replaces the Trusstic System preventing the shoe from twisting, and the stabilizing element DUOMAX® is no longer available. LITETRUSS™ has now taken over the functions of both and contributes significantly to the stability of the GT-1000 series. The durable AHARPLUS™ rubber outsole has excellent grip and contributes to the overall lifespan of the shoe.

LITETRUSS™ is a stabilizing element on the inner side of the midsole, whose task is to reduce the degree of pronation. It does not use rigid materials under the arch, thanks to which damping is preserved. It is the successor to the DUOMAX™ and DYNAMIC DUOMAX™ support technologies known from pronation shoes.

FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning foam is 55% lighter than commonly used ethylene vinyl acetate EVA, yet no cushioning is lost in the manufacturing process. The shape of the midsole returns to its original state after each step. Thanks to the added organic fibers, it is characterized by high resistance.

GEL™ technology from inert polymers to form fatigue-resistant silicone reduces impacts by absorbing their energy. This results in very effective damping resulting in excellent comfort. It is strategically placed under the heel ( so-called Rearfoot GEL™ ), allowing a smooth transition to the toe, where it improves impact reduction when moving forward ( so-called Forefoot GEL™ ).
