How to claim goods

If the goods purchased in our online store www.adsport.store show a defect or a manufacturing defect, a claim for these goods can be made within the warranty period of 24 months from the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement.

If you are convinced that this is a defect, contact us on email [email protected]. When sending goods back for a claim, use the return address. Pack the goods carefully and safely and send them to the given address for your country.

Please attach a copy of the invoice and the completed Complaints Protocol to the package, which can be downloaded below. We are obliged by law to handle complaints within 30 days, but to the satisfaction of our customers we try to handle complaints in a significantly shorter time.

The most common reasons for rejecting a complaint:

  1. The warranty period is not to be confused with the life of the product. Service life is the time for which, if the purpose of use and proper maintenance are observed, the product can last due to its properties and intensity of use. During the warranty period, only defects in material or workmanship can be claimed.
  2. A necessary condition for maintaining the good condition of the goods is their regular and correct maintenance. Improper or insufficient maintenance of the goods significantly shortens their service life, which can be significantly shorter than the warranty period. The shoes are not machine washable! Washing shoes in the washing machine is considered an incorrect method of maintenance and a reason for rejecting a claim.
  3. If a defect appears on the product, the Buyer is obliged to immediately submit the product to a complaint procedure. If, by using a defective item, whether intentionally or through negligence, the condition of the defect changes from a repairable to an irreparable defect and thus prevents the Seller from eliminating the defect, it is an unjustified claim according to the NOZ.
  4. If the defect is caused by excessive pressure on the material, due to the choice of the wrong size, the claim is unjustified. The buyer is obliged to thoroughly test the goods, and if he chooses the wrong size, replace it within 14 days of purchase.
  5. The goods must be used only for the purposes for which they are intended. Using the product for a purpose for which it is not intended may damage it due to improper use (use of football boots on a different surface than the one for which they are intended, etc.).
  6. If the goods are mechanically damaged, for example by tearing the upper with a sharp object, stepping on the sole or misuse (wearing untied shoes, which causes the heel part to be wiped out, etc.), this is not a material defect.
